Transfer notes
Exact transfer scope is agreed as part of the transaction. Third-party company names, trademarks, logos, external sources and linked materials are not transferred as intellectual property of the seller.
Post-acquisition direction
The buyer can evolve the property into a research publication, robotics intelligence database, company showcase, technical media property, developer resource, or product layer. The current architecture is intentionally static and portable.
